Big Bone Lick State Park is located at Big Bone in Boone County, Kentucky. It
is located on Beaver Road and between the communities of Beaverlick and Rabbit
Hash.
Who came up with these names?

Haha! I looked it up too. Big bone refers to a fossil dig in the area. Lick
refers to a salt lick there and I guess beavers used it. Don't know about rabbit
hash but it might be one of grannies best dishes. I'm sure they were named well
before we adopted some of those words to mean other things.
