Looks nice. I'm never sure about hotrods. I've always more been into racing and
I look at a machine like that and wonder if it can turn a corner or if it's all
straight line power
My first car was a similar era '72 Fairmont that my grandfather owned. It was an
ace car, but a tank; I used to get like 150km out of a 70L tank of petrol in
city driving. That was pretty insane for a P plater to run!
Replaced it with an EL Falcon which, despite costing $20K to buy 2nd hand,
overall probably would've saved thousands, and it was a lot faster. Also had
sick mags and a rear spoiler. It was an ex-cop car.
