Hey don't bash Teddy. I mean think about it. If Ted is so dumb, how come out of four brothers, one sent on a suicide mission and two assasinated, he's the only one still alive? And he is in politics and looks to be there for a little bit longer. Hell, at the rate he is going, he might even break Strom's longivity record.

If you look closely, the bomb is inert, no explosives inside, maybe only the detonator on the nose.
