Well done Anne! Nelson (named after the famous English Admiral, Lord Horatio Nelson) was the city I was referring to. I actually lived about 20km from the city in a small town called Brightwater, famous for being the birthplace of Ernest Rutherford, the first person to split the atom (although most of his research was done at Cambridge, England and Montreal, Canada).
