As I understand the North American service industry cartels, gratuities make up
for poor wages, thereby encouraging high levels of service.
As I can't see anyone being handed a "tip" at a
supermarket/superstore, how much do you think the old, retarded, cleft palleted
staff are getting paid at Walmart?
Is it more than a waiter, doorman, driver and the like? Or is it more like
Maccas & Pepsico?
