Anony-mouse - she looks over sixteen to me! That's the legal age for smoking cigs where I live (and coincidentally the legal age of consent for sex). Don't assume the laws everywhere are all the same as where you live!

Ummm, no, I think my point eludes you! Your point was that you thought she looked underage - pretty obvious from your comment. My point was that you assumed the worldwide rules for what constitutes underage is the same as whatever backwater hole you call home. I know that in some jurisdictions the age of consent can be as low as 12 while in others it can be as high as 20. See this for more info.
