That brings back memories. After hurricane Charley we had a purpose built from
scratch "Fema Village" with about 300 trailers in it. No paved
streets, though. It took a few years to get all the villagers relocated and many
of the people bought the trailers they'd lived in (at a considerably reduced
price) and moved them into local mobile home communities. There are about half a
dozen of them on my mom's street alone.
