You call it a cabin car. In my country they are called cabin scooters, i.e. you
need a drivers license for motorcycle to drive one of those. When I had my
driver's license for motorcycle back in 1973 I was taught to drive in a
Messerschmitt cabin scooter. The ironic part was, that I had already bought a
motorcycle, a Triumph Bonneville 650 from 1969 - at that time a sweet bike.

The look of dismay on the dudes face seems to say it all ... "I wish I had
a real car to drive."
