memory, honor, and history of the late Audie L. Murphy, most decorated American
combat soldier of World War II who died tragically in an airplane accident in
1971. He received every decoration for valor that this country had to offer plus
5 decorations presented to him by France and Belgium.

Hey festus is that the guy that climbed a burning tank to machine gun the
Germans?

He called for fire from that tank on his own position and saved most of his
men. Everybody told him no when he tried to join their branch except the army
and they made him an officer because he was of slight build and short they said.
What they didi not check was the size of the balls on this guy. Another great
soldier and a good movie was Alvin York.

How hard is it to guess when you can read his freakin' last name on the photo?
