Seriously, I was a bit naughty here.
It is from the shooting of the film "der Untergang" aka "The Downfall: Hitler and the End of the Third Reich" and the actor is explaining some scene in the film to a TV crew reporting on the making of the film.

But I find the pic rather cool. It looks as if the General just came out from the entrance to the right after spending 60 years in a cellar or bunker.
