i tell ya kim, i'm gettin' too damn old for this heat shit. i remember when we used to go to Texoma for a weekend camping trip in 100 + heat and never really bothered us. i played golf the other day and was dying, sweating like a pig, drank all 1 gallon of my water i had and no telling how many cups from the coolers. i kept picturing this place in my head.

i almost jumped in the lake on 13.

I hear ya buddy ! Even for a native it seems like it gets harder and harder every summer to deal with this shit. You oughta try workin in a sheet metal buildin in this stuff !!! Last summer it topped out at about 130 degrees one day in the back of the shop

when i was little we moved to Japan, then paris, then.....when we finally came home (Dallas) i realized how much i love Texas, and every time i go somewhere i never feel at home till i get to big D.
