If he doesn't get the death penalty in civilian courts, I hope he gets it in the military courts.

That's the great thing about military justice. There's no double jeopardy because the Uniform Code of Military Justice is completely separate from the civilian legal system.

Another great thing about military justice is that there's no such thing as parole. So if someone is sentenced to 50 years at Leavenworth, they won't be on the streets until 50 years is up -- period.

He raped a female Marine, then her killed he when she was 8 months pregnant with his kid. She was set to testify against him in court. I would qualify everything by saying "allegedly" if the cops hadn't found her body buried in his back yard.

This guy is obviously a moron who can't control his impulses at all.

He's been on the run for the past few days, but it looks like the cops are getting ready to snag him -- unless he does us all a favor and kills himself.

but what creates these monsters? the conditions these young men and women are put through, making them into killing machines and then sending them off to die to spread imperialism
but just look at what happens when they do survive and come back home... what future do they have here

Nobody wants to hear it now............. "kill'em all, let god sort'em out"........ that's the way they're trained, killing machines, brainwashed to kill, that's their job, period.

Pregnant women in Iraq get killed with their kids right next to them and everyone goes, oh well, that's war, now all the people that are for the war are appalled at this senseless killing..... the government orders innocent people to be killed and that's.......................................................................... ..........

First of all He is a marine, not in the Army.
Second of all if you have spent time in the military you know the difference between US and Allied persons and enemy persons. Period.

shaDEz, I was in the US Army. I know not to rape and murder people. That was a vague reference and am insulted by it. This fuckhead that we are discussing is a cold criminal that is not to ever be redeemed nor trusted again.


Do make light of the armed forces, you have the right to say what you want because of them, no matter how much that pisses me off.

Not everyone who was in a war comes home and becomes a cold blooded killer. The vast majority of the military can leave the killing on the battlefield and come home to lead productive lives. This person would have done this even if he had never been in the military. There are plenty of murderers in the world who have never served in the military.

it is the way that this army operates, the way it conditions the soldiers and the antagonisms between the officers and the men... and this holds true for all branches
such an army can be defeated

i have no grudge with the young men and women, and who think that they are fighting for the people, but i must stress that their deaths are lighter than a feather because of whom they are actually working, killing and dying for, that is they are not fighting and dying for the american or any other people
so when i say F-T-A i am refering to all branches of the imperialist army, but i am not meaning to attack individual soldiers
i think that they should take strike action and turn their guns against the generals on our own side... or use frags on their officers when ordered to go off in a situation that is ultimately detrimental to their well being
let's not forget what class the rulers always send off to die for the expansion of the empire(and "why does it always have to expand?" is another rather interesting question people should address), to join the ranks of the imperialist army
