Lee and Morty Kaufman from the Swiffer commercials. Their voices and accents just grate on my nerves. Commercial They were on Fox and Friends the other day and said there was no script, I can tell.

Imagine how Morty must feel after 44 years of her. Just kidding. I didn't get the senile thing though. What I like best is Morty saying the "I make dirt" part which is why I posted it.
