Every single piece of clothing she wears would have to be hand made or altered.
A real time waster unless you can afford your own seamstress.
Every time she steps out into the public, people would be staring at her for
all sorts of reasons, not just sexually. She may as well be a circus freak.
She couldn't sleep on her belly, now that would be a drag!

Wouldn't be surprised if she's already thought about breast reduction surgery.
