...And then they proceded to draw borders across tribal lines and "borrow" the natural resources, just like they did in Africa.
Good guys can quickly become bad guys, a couple examples: Osama Bin Ladin, Noriaga, Sadam Hussein,
Castro, Hugo Chaves, Stalin...the list could go on forever.
