Yeah it should be if (person == terrorist) i.e. two equal signs
The joke is that this is the most common C coding error. Here, the effect is to
make someone or call someone a terrorist, instead of finding out if they are
one.
Nice tie-in with the assumption that all Muslims are terrorists, or that you can
wiretap anyone illegally and get away with it, etc etc
