wow, apparently she missed the part were there was almost a motion to send lady liberty packin because the French would not git involved in the war.Amazing how the idiot of this post forgot that part.

You miss the point, madmex. The statue is only a symbol of liberty. We had liberty in America long before that statue got here. Even if the statue went back, mother liberty would still be here, and we would be no less free. You don't think very deeply, do you, madmex?
