Mencia did a piece on this matter it was about a dumbass getting a japanese tat
in prison and he was told that it meant "joy and happiness" turned out
that it meant "i like to suck dick" so when he goes to china town he
ran into this dude and he say "owe you like suck dick yeah" and he was
like "no no it means joy and happiness" and the asian dude says
"yeah it mean joy and happiness... for me"
