I never could get wine to work in Linspire & gave up on it. In ubuntu I use it only when I absolutely have to & then get the fuck back out of it !

Talkin about worms, virii and such, one of my buddies had put together a new 'puter and was runnin nekkid on the web with it as he DLed all the patches etc for XP when he 1st booted it up. In the 30 minutes he was on without Norton runnin he managed to get infested with enough shit to require him to fsck it all and start over again !

I'll stick with Linux :>winking

Sounds like a solid plan buddy ! That way everyone can run those wacky f'ded up Windows programs internally & still be safe on the web.

Hey man, you done any diggin around in the Synaptic Packages Manager yet? All kindsa free programs in there just for the taking.

Ubuntu is the most user friendly distro yet for non geeks like myself, I love it !
