Mustangs hey day. Shows just how committed Ford was to that famous "nose
high" attitude. Even with a heavy assed big block up front, it STILL sits
up ;>

A big block isn't that much heaver then a small block, coil springs can hold a
quit a lot of weight.

Very true Anonymous@16728, but the extra 100lbs or so extra that the 429 likely
added did nothing to help the already ill handling capabilities of the Mustang
of that era.
Fine for straight line performance, just don't expect it to have any cornering
capabilities ... or figure it out when you're having it pulled out of a ditch ;
