At least when the French government violates their constitution they actually
dissolve the gov't and re-write the Constitution to make it stronger. Since
1789 the French have gone through 5 re-writes of their Constitution, while the
US still keeps adding and removing parts of the old rickety model. Since the
govt keeps violating the Constitution, it would seem that it ain't worth the
hemp paper it's inscribed thereupon.

I think mr penguin gumshoe ought to go back to his seedy side of town and do
what he does best, be a legal peeping tom. As for the government and the
constitution, the federal judges are the ones that are trashing it and
encouraging everyone else to do the same. If the Supreme Court would make all
of its decisions according to the US Constitution, most of the problems we have
today would not exist. Just like the 10 Commandments listed in the Bible, most
of the liberals don't want to acknowledge them because it says "Thou shalt
not murder.". If the liberals couldn't kill babies concieved in their own
greed for lust, they would feel like they were being imposed on. If there are
no laws, then the liberals would not be guilty of breaking any. So the trick is
to make laws that just apply to non-liberals, and if non-liberals break the law,
they get put away for life. The strange part of this whole thing is that it has
already been tried and it didn't work out. The scheme lasted 60-70 years and
what happened to the people and the country? Millions died needlessly,
(population control as the liberals would say), a lot of money was spent
needlessly on armament that could have been used in employment and GNP, a bunch
of fat cats got extreemly wealthy while the general populas basically starved.
The Liberals of the US here and now are an extention of the communists that
governed Russia just a few years ago. They deplete the morals of the citizenry,
change the constitution so you can't protest, take away your guns so you can't
fight back, and bam, kiss your freedom good by!!! The reason the French have
rewritten their constitution so many times is that they don't know what is good
and what is bad. How can you know what is good or bad if you have no morals.
I'm sure there a few good French folks left over there, but they will never get
anywhere with a corrupt beauracracy running the place. The same will happen
here if we don't stick to the US Constitution as it is written, basicly tierany.
I'm sure I misspelled a few words here but if you use some fonetix, you will
figure it out.
The US did well as long as it stuck with the constitution as written, but when
it let the Supreme Court Judges make decisions that crossed the constitution,
she started sliding down hill. It has gone to far, I believe. If the citizens
of the US don't recall the Judges that trample the constitution, we will be a
pile of dog rubble like france and germany are now. How sad.

17934 I totally agree,liberals want the country to be more like Europe nothing
like the founding fathers wanted.Zell Miller from Georgia a democrat said that
he voted for Bush because the dems of today have very little to do with the
party of Kennedy and Rosevevelt.By the way for everyone who thinks Bush is
Hitler,Hitler rose to power in the Austrian Workers Party.Check who your union
wanted voted in.
