It's funny because it's true.
For those who don't know about the assholes who live here, there were these blue
public share bikes for a couple of years promoted by the state government. More
of them ended up in the river than anywhere else because people are cunts.
There's a new scheme now, battery assisted share bikes. They seem to be faring
better (probably because they're heavier) so far.
