I can't even tell who the person is trying to blame for the deformed baby. It happened since the Gulf War... Is that trying to pin it on us, somehow? I got news for you, deformed babies happen all of the time. It's a part of life. If you want to see a real tragedy that can much more easily be avoided, look at this picture.
