hate to say it, but actually the fault begins with the owner and managment.. if they were actually doing what it takes to run a proper facility, those teens would'nt last a day, but unfortunatly no franchise owner wants to pay the extra income to hire more experienced, qualified personell to serve up fries & burgers.. lets face it.. the more people are taught to care less, the worse is what to expect.. reality people.. reality
