Morons??? What about the parents of this child that allow him to throw rocks at the police/military? I have children, I would not allow them to do something as stupid as this. If they did, they would pay the price like this one will. I doubt if he spent one hour in jail. Maybe having the piss scared out of him will teach him a lesson.
