Sorry to ruin the novelty of this photo, but the "computer" is the control panel for the engineering room of a naval ship. Looks like a nuclear vessel. The two steering wheels are throttle controls for the ahead and astern turbines. Center section is reactor control and right is electrical. Don't know why the television and keyboard/printer is there. Maybe because it is a training system.
