First of all she is not 11, that is quite obvious.
Most asian women are at least a high B cup bra. If you actually pay attention and truely learn about breast sizes you would come to understand that large breasts do not need to "shoot out" like Pamela Anderson, when they indeed do, they are fake.
Mostly all large breasts are pulled down by weight and thus causes sagging.
The woman above is about a 34D, no where near an F cup. I have dated women with D-DDD, E, and F breasts.
If you want to see true large asian breasts (no fakes), start with Marina Matsushima and Anna Ohura
