yep, air force, been gone for just over 4 months (which isnt nearly as bad as some have it... one of my friends husband is on an 18 month trip). Thanks for the encouragement! He's been working out a bunch while gone and has said "my" bum has gotten bigger... I cant wait to see it. Was fantastic when he left, I can only hope bigger is even better! ;o)
