I am not sure. Look bin Laden has boobies which according to Al-Quada he was very proud of. Saddam has the classic gold chain which I know he must wear all the time. The problem is Bush? He seems to be a bootom more than a top. On the other hand that expression is his classic "I am givin it to you" look.
