Ha ha! the war IS about oil.. it's about how much the corporations can use the war to soak up money from your pockets...

Yeah, and so do many other dictators, so why doesn't the US go after them? Say, Musharraf, or Kim Jong Il, or African dictators, or any of the neo-Stalinist cretins running central asian countries.. or.. the list goes on.
You can't say "oh, they need to be taken out, so a war costing 10's of thousands (if not 100's) of lives is worth bringing a dictator to trial."
No, there are deeper reasons. You just aren't thinking of them. Of you would rather not think.
