Anonymous@7336, my friend, a larger percentage of Americans are actually obese, compared to any other people I've ever seen. When I went to France, I noticed immediately that I did not see very many obese people, not compared to the midwest anyway. It's a bit worrisome.
Other than that, it's a lame generalization used derogatorily. They just hate our freedom (!)
