actually 238240: doppler effect is the following : when u send a sound wave of specifique frequency,on a moving target , the reflected frequency has a magnitude smaller or larger than the original frequency depending on the direction of movment : away or towards the sender and depending on the speed .of movement : u need some tutoring in physics ....
