All over Great Britain where the language you speak originated. I don`t mean to be a dick but just cos they don`t say it in the Texas slums...
Here is an example of "good on you" in use:
Brit Number one: Yeah, an ´e says to you, "what?"
Brit number two: So I says to the Texan cunt, "fuck off", and I slapped ´im. Right on the chin, like, bang!
Brit Number one: So did he throw a punch back then?
Brit Number two: Nah, he just starts to cry, dint he. So I hit im again, just to be sure.
Brit Number two: Good on you, mate, good on you!
ha ha.
