WEll beast it is certain you are not a lawyer either. Just because people successfully sneek into this country without being discovered does not make them legal. The states along the border have such a large population of legal hispanic people that it would be near impossible for law enforcement to check all their green cards. Add to that the fact that the illegals have access to fake green cards and social security cards making it even more difficult. By your thinking if someone were to rob a bank and get away with for a while the his action would no longer be a crime. Or if someone were to murder you and get away with it for 20 years then that too would no longer be a crime. As usual your thinking is just plain wrong.
