Several things are for sure:
You cannot discuss a man's choice of:
Car
Woman Sex partner
Drink
Guns (applicable to the USA and Latin America)

Having stated that, I wish to say that there are two ways to drink beer: (Yes, seriously)
Method 1) You drink it to get plastered.
Method 2) You drink it to partake the aroma and to stimulate the palate.
Method 3) Somebody else drinks it to make the wimmen better lookinghot smiley)

That is probably why I can drink SAPPORO beer and enjoy it, while another will only get a headache will the third (surely not a participant of plus613) will score with a lot of "foxy ladies".

BTW, this spellchecker failed the primary test. It picked me up on plus613!
