If you are caught down in Mexico working without the proper visa the nice people from 'Migracion' will take your ass to 'JAIL' and after you pay a hefty 'Mordida' (bribe) they'll take your ass and dump you at the nearest USA border station, of course nobody calls them 'Racists' like they do here to the Border Patrol.
