Not sure how it matters that he's been tried in the past for anything. The crimes he was on trial for here were not even remotely related to his previous trials, totally different charges, cast of characters, situation, etc.
And, the 3rd trial you mentioned which was indeed related to his murder case was civil, which he was found guilty of and then required to pay civil penalties for. In case this concept evades you, it's perfectly legal and prudent and this trial as well had no relation to his acquital on the criminal charges.
mint, if you really believe he was innocent of the double murder he was tried for I would say you are part of an extreme minority that holds that view and I wonder if he were white if even you would hold the same opinion.
