The reasons for the knee and ankle supports are why I've been doing a lot of walking for the last six months. My lower back is a mess too - had surgery on it 20 years ago. Yeh, my kickin, days are long over but I've lost 50 pounds since last October and I can walk a lot farther and faster now.
