The point is if you are not WASP and rich it is nearly impossible it get in the U.S. legally. I doubt your ancestors had this much trouble becoming legal when they immigrated. And, if you are of native ancestry, it wasn't until 1924 that the U.S. granted all natives citizenship. The current system is raciest and broken and needs to be fixed. Your nation of origin and social status should have no bearing on eligibility.

In my opinion, if you are willing to contribute and be productive member of society you should be let in. If you are coming to the U.S. for criminal purposes or want to live on the dole, don't bother to apply. We have enough of our own. We don't need more.
