"Criminals will always get guns no matter what the laws are" So by your 'logic' every criminal in every jurisdiction in the world has a gun. This patently isn't true. Even if you tone it back a bit and say that every criminal in every jurisdiction can easily get a gun, it is still wrong.
Stop trying to purport your beliefs as facts. They are only facts in your imagination.
