the whole position of cutting Medicare is redundant when they do absolutely nothing to reduce the cost of care. first there needs to be a serious reduction in frivolous law suits. this will greatly reduce insurance costs which are the biggest excuse for doctors charging so much as well as performing unnecessary tests to satisfy insurance companies covering their own asses.once that has been tackled we can go forward with other legislation.
