Since 9er got close and no one else has taken a swing at it, the far left item is a 2 piece cable greasing fixture. You unscrew it and slip one 1/2 of it over the end of a cable housing and then slide the cable and end barrel into the other 1/2 of the tool then screw the 2 halves together. hit the zerk with a grease gun and grease if forced through the cable housing. Once you see grease comin outta the other end of the cable housing you're done.
Greasing a cable actually does a better job of keeping the lubricant in place than it does to just oil the cable like the tool on the far right is designed for
