You shouldn't care that much what I think. Do as you wish to. You don't need anyone's approval, certainly not mine.
Also, I don't vote very much and I don't vote on my own posts when I want to see the results of others' votes. I keep trying to remember to give stars because maybe someday it might mean something here but I still forget to.
