You need to look again, f-d. The guy (Hamilton) who rear-ended the black car (Grosjean) was pushed onto the grass by Grosjean and was recovering from that, so rear-ending him was unavoidable. It was the black car that caused it all, and the stewards see it the same way, giving him a 1 race ban for it.
