Screen quality is really an amazing thing.
When I resized this image I was using a Dell U2711 monitor. The red at the top looks really bright, vibrant and angry. The orange looks still strong. I'm looking at this on my macbook air now and it just looks a bit .. vague. Nowhere near as red and angry as my other monitor.
There's such a difference in the picture of screens, even ones that are meant to be 'good quality'..
