I dunno for sure what the composition of the stuff is but all I do other than give 'em rain water is to feed 'em weekly with some Miracle Gro mixed in with the water.
On another note my over wintered cayennes already have about 5 new peppers on 'em and there's about that many healthy buds on the ghost .... woohoo
