The bottom line is (even though it's not actually the bottom line);
Loretta Lynch, the first black female U.S Attorney (appointed by the first black President) blames racism for the murders in Baltimore.
Can't find a direct quote (of course) but I do recall her on the news citing "racial tensions" causing this situation.
