Yes. He was the emergency driver for the test. We do not need automated trucks on the road, there is so much involved in driving a truck that really should have human involvement. With all the hacking going on now we do not need 50 ton killing machines roaming the highways. Not to mention all the accidents they will cause when people pass them and see no driver. How will DOT pull them over and harass the driver when there is no driver? How will the police even pull them over to check for contraband? How will truck drivers support their families?
