So essentially, you 1st paid retail for your weapons, then paid retail plus an upcharge for them again?

Ok edit time, I was all caught up in the moment: You paid retail, then the govt (using your own $$) paid you back at above retail value. So in reality you actually paid retail for them and then gifted them to the govt., since the $$ they overpaid you was a wash.
