That was the last year I experienced fully paid for "company cars"
before FBT bit so hard every employer went to car allowances.
Hence not my choice of car and NOT my choice of colour.
That was a Ghia which just meant it was and extra 1 meter long and had some leather.
The thing steered like a boat but was perfect for Melbourne traffic.
Kim it's a 4.0 litre (244cu) straight six with 176Kw (236Hp).
Many options available on those fords including turbos.
The V8's were never as good as the sixes. GM had the best V8's IMHO.
